Client Services
Managed Staffing is the outsourcing of recruitment and placement activities to one
centralized supplier. These programs are typically for clients with numerous contract
employees and who are looking for third-party administration to manage staffing needs. The
benefits of these types of programs include:
Payroll-to-Contract: Temporary pay-rolling service to allow ultimate short-term
flexibility in managing headcount.
Contract Staffing: Supplemental technical employees on a project (short- or long-term) basis.
Contract-to-Direct: AKA “Temp-to-Perm” – 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc., with
contract buyout options at various periods.
Direct Placement: Contingent search for direct positions. Fee is based on a % of
annual salary and are negotiable on volume (multiple placements of same or different skill
sets). In addition to technical positions, MPS fills HR, Finance, IT and other
non-technical positions as well.
Master Vendor Services: One contract & one invoice for all staffing suppliers
through Modern. Modern is the “gate” for all other staffing vendors, working directly with
HR, Purchasing or the customer’s technical organization. No-cost solution to customer:
Suppliers pay a small percentage of bill rate to Modern as an administration fee using
Modern’s web-based recruiting system. 24x7x365 access to MPS recruiting portal for
requirements, resumes, feedback, scheduling, etc. This service allows our customer to
focus on their core business while we focus on ours.
